Thomas H. Vreeland M.D. - Chairman
Dr. Thomas H. Vreeland is Owner and Chairman of Tenacity, a new and exciting communication company poised to empower each individual with more usable and productive communication tools. Since the inception of the company in 2004, the company has focused on utilizing universal design to provide a productive professional and pleasant personal communication experience. Tenacity is committed to being a socially responsible company.
Dr. Vreeland has a Doctorate of Medicine from LSU in Shreveport obtained in 1990. He subsequently became double boarded in Diagnostic Radiology (Tulane University) and Nuclear Medicine (Washington University in St. Louis). After completing his residencies, Dr. Vreeland founded TeleCall-Profession Radiology Network (TLC-PRN) and Dayhawk Radiology Services. Dayhawk Radiology Services became an extremely successful company, subsequently purchased by Nighthawk Radiology Services in November 2004. Dr. Vreeland continued working for Nighthawk Radiology Services (NRS) as the Medical Director of the Day Division, since the sale of Dayhawk Radiology Services. In addition, Dr. Vreeland has an active practice as an independent contractor in Diagnostic Radiology working for NRS as one of its teleradiologists with his company (TLC-PRN).
Dr. Vreeland remains active with the following Professional Associations: Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society; American College of Radiology; American Medical Association; American Roentgen Ray Society; American Society of Emergency Radiology; Radiological Society of North America; and Society of Nuclear Medicine.

Brent L. O’Pry – President
Brent L. O’Pry is President of Tenacity Human Capital, LLC, a people driven company that provides the human talent, knowledge, and creativity that is critical to the success of Tenacity Operating, LLC. Tenacity Human Capital consists of a dedicated team of engineers, hardware specialists, marketing and sales professionals, and customer support specialists, all working together to provide the world with new and exciting communications products. The company has 20 employees based out of three states and it takes special pride in its cultural and geographic diversity.
Brent assumed the President role after having served as Business Manager for Dayhawk Radiology Services from 2003 to 2004. In this role, Brent was responsible for the financial management, day-to-day leadership, and execution of the company’s activities. In addition to his service at Dayhawk, Brent has specialized in management, sales, and corporate recruiting in his career.
Brent received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans in 1984. He graduated in 1982 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He lives in Lafayette, Louisiana with his wife, Margaret, and they have three daughters.

Susan M. Chappell – President
Under Susan’s leadership, Tenacity Operating focuses on client service, strategic partnerships, quality engineering, and establishing and managing the implementation of annual performance plans. Susan’s focus on business organization and execution drives Tenacity’s development production rate to be one of the highest in the industry. Tenacity Operating provides strategic and advisory consulting, software engineering and need awareness for universal accessibility through the effective use of talent from Tenacity Human Capital and other specialty experts.
Starting her a career in commercial banking, she served as a computer software programmer and systems analyst. After eight years, she served as Operations Manager and Relationship Manager for an additional nine years until her last position as Senior Vice President in commercial banking. Prior to her role as President of Tenacity Operating, Susan served as Executive Vice President of a commercial real estate firm specializing in wireless telecommunication carrier network deployment for over seven years.
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Susan received her Masters of Business Administration in 1987 and Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Computer Information Systems and French and minor in Accounting in August 1982. Susan and her husband, Ryan, live in Monroe, Louisiana, and have three children.
