The Tenacity Security Team
is responsible for finding, verifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in both the
development and implementation of all Tenacity products. Our mission is to ensure that the
Tenacity Solutions Portfolio preserves and, where possible, enhances the network security
of our customers.
Tenacity is committed to addressing security concerns before they become an issue.
Our Security Team rigorously searches for security vulnerabilities before release
and design decisions are made to provide the most functionally secure product possible.
Continuing product updates will address new security issues should they arise, and
we urge our users to remain current with our product patches, updates and versions as they are notified through email, phone calls and letters.
In pursuit of our mission, the Tenacity Security Team is dedicated to accomplishing the following
objectives 24/7:
- Remain abreast of current IP Telephony technologies and of the security issues that
compromise them.
- Discover security issues within our applications and to immediately resolve them
for the safety of our customers and our users.
- Provide our customers with timely security fixes that do not negatively impact their
productivity or functional accessibility or compromise security.
- Communicate with our customers and our users to address their security concerns
and to provide a point of contact with customers who have found vulnerabilities
in our products or their implementation.
- Publish any information we possess regarding any security issues pertaining to Tenacity
products or their implementation, as well as implementation best practices to ensure
minimal network security vulnerability.
- To preserve the privacy of our customers, users, and of any information shared
with Tenacity.
- Stand by our products and deliver the best customer experience possible.
