accessaphone™ 2.3 is now available and there are many new exciting features!.

Enhanced Call Log


  • Call Log Sorting- It is now possible to sort calls in the call log. These calls can be sorted by all, conference, flagged, missed, place, and received.
  • Call Log Exporting- The Call Log can now be exported to an XML file that opens in Excel.
  • Call Log Searching and Filtering- Your calls can be filtered by date/time, name, number, and origin. Calls can be searched by call type, from/to, and date of call.
  • Call Flagging- Calls can be “flagged” with your own notes during the active call or after the call ends by going to the call log and selecting the specific entry. These “flagged” calls can then be sorted in your call log for easer follow-up.

Audible Caller ID (ACID) is Now Customizable!

This feature is now separate from the Text-To-Speech in the rest of the application allowing the user to customize their settings. The ACID can be turned on or off. When the ACID is turned on the user can choose between Caller ID Name and Number, just Name, or just Number. Also, you can now determine how many times ACID is announced- 1, 2, or 3 times.

New Call Duration Timer

The duration of the call is now displayed on the main interface to allow the user to more closely monitor their time on the phone.
Review Your Messages Using Smart Mail Feature

accessaphone™ can now monitor your e-mail. If a call is missed and the caller left a voicemail that generated an e-mail to you, it can now be played inside the application. The user will not have to access their voicemail to hear the message.

New 2-Step Transfer and Conferencing

Two-step Transfer and Conferencing allows the user to verify that the outside party is available for a transfer or conference call before connecting with the outside party.
